Services:

Individual life coaching sessions
Free initial consultations (subject to availability)
Other coaching programs or services as offered and described on the Website or App
Booking and Payment:
Appointments for services must be booked through the App or by contacting the Coach directly.
Payment for coaching sessions is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon by the Coach. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment. The Coach reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation to avoid a late cancellation fee of [$100] per session. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Confidentiality:
The Coach maintains strict confidentiality regarding all information disclosed by clients during coaching sessions, except as required by law or to prevent imminent harm to oneself or others.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
The services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Coach does not guarantee any specific results from the services.
Limitation of Liability:
The Coach is not liable for any damages arising from or related to the services, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination:
The Coach reserves the right to terminate these Terms or your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Coach regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
Updates to Terms and Conditions:
The Coach reserves the right to update these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on the Website or App. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms for any changes. Continued use of the Website or App following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
